At Kathmandu AU, we want you to be fully equipped for your next adventure, which is why we offer a 60-day return policy for any gear that doesn't meet your expectations. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and swing tags remain intact to facilitate a smooth processing experience.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any Australia Post location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
